Pick any one of the Garrison semi-custom floor plans from our website. From here, you’ll work with our expert designers to customize your home to your specifications. We are flexible and solution-minded and will pivot as visions change or evolve to ensure your plan is 100% suitable for your needs.
Step 2
Our exclusive selection booklet provides a wide range of customization options to suit every taste. Our booklet will also help you gauge budget costs and adjust accordingly. Is there something we’re missing? No problem. Additional customization options can be configured post-contract.
Step 3
Your quote includes every detail concerning your new home’s customization and specifications. In addition, our quotes cover all aspects of the project, including the construction process and home warranty. Note: Our quotes expire after 30 days.
Step 4
Our customers are given a contract copy for review before signing. Once the contract is complete, clients will meet with our interior designer to begin the selection process and receive an invite to our online portal. This exclusive portal allows us to provide our home buyers with timely updates, pictures, change order information and direct messaging systems so they know exactly what to expect. A 5% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of singing.
